  • A 3 week ENERGISE Programme $210

  • 5 week FLOURISH Programme $290

An initial one hour consultation is followed by weekly 45 minute consultations.

Both programmes are based on whole foods, practical tips for success, personalised strategies and a proven process

to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Consultations are one-on-one and confidential.
