At Aliento, my vision has always been to create a welcoming space where women of all ages can achieve their health and fitness goals without the stress or strain of traditional exercise methods. I firmly believe that exercise doesn’t have to be strenuous to be effective. That’s why our programs are thoughtfully designed to nurture, connect, and balance the body, promoting long-term health and well-being.

Aliento was created in March 2010 as an alternative to traditional gyms for women of all ages. Whilst going to the gym is the preferred fitness solution for some people, it’s certainly not for everyone.
