After joining Aliento 6 weeks ago I am now finally enjoying going to the gym. I have noticed a great improvement in my posture and my body shape is changing for the better. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and Allison and the staff are truly amazing and each time I go I feel like I have my own personal trainer. Thanks Aliento
